Valter M. Pinto, Vice President
Valter joined Alliance Advisors in 2004. Operating from the Alliance Advisors’ Westchester County, New York office, Valter has worked exclusively with U.S. publicly listed companies from around the world with market valuations of up to $500 million across all major industries including technology, healthcare, and agriculture. Valter has consulted clients on multiple levels which has included fine tuning their corporate strategy and communication to the investment community and educating management on capital markets. As a small cap investor, Valter understands the mentality of the various audiences each client will present to including the institutional investor, retail investor, sell-side analyst and investment banker. Valter works closely with management on tailoring their story and presentation materials to accurately reflect the company’s investment opportunity while helping to arrange road shows across the country as well as obtaining invitations for clients at investor conferences.Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Valter worked at Solomon Smith Barney, which is now Morgan Stanley. He graduated from the University of Albany with a degree in Economics and Business Administration while also playing Division I soccer. Valter is fluent in Portuguese.
